  8. In case I’m not able to complete my savings for the bumper pack, what happens to my savings?

    It will be rolled over to another package or the next year’s package

  9. How do I receive the stated items when I eventually register for the food bumper pack and also complete my payment?

    We will deliver to you through the branch at which you registered for the package. Alternatively, you can walk into any of our branches nearest to you for a pick up but this must have been previously arranged with your branch manager through your account officer.

  10. How do I make payments for the package I registered for?

    An account officer will always be available to attend to you at your location. However, you can also make payment to company’s designated bank account which is boldly written on your record card or through payment channels on our website.

  11. What if I have questions, who do I contact?

    A dedicated Customer Services Manager is already waiting to attend to you through our dedicated Customer Service line 09112621533 which is always open 24/7 to give you maximum attention to all your issues and questions. However, the customer service number is written on your card and all our fliers.

  12. What if I’m not available to pick up my items on the stipulated date for delivery?

    Inform your branch manager of the situation. However, your next of kin can always pick for you with a valid ID card as proof of your proxy together with your record card as proof of complete payment.

  13. Is it possible I transfer the money in my bumper package to daily savings?

    No, it is strictly for food items but you can easily convert your Daily Savings Account to Food Bumper Package.

  14. Is it possible I transfer the ownership of the account or sell the account to any of my family members or a friend?

    No, it is strictly a personal account. It is non-transferable.

  15. What is my benefit if I pay all the money for the bumper package at once?

    You get 5% discount for a full payment at once. This offer depends on season or prevailing promotional activities.

  16. Can I make the payment for bumper payment weekly or monthly since I won’t be available on daily basis?

    Yes. You can liaise with your account officer. Meanwhile all payments must be paid directly to the company’s bank account. Payments made to any individual account is Null and Void.

  17. Can people outside Abuja subscribe to any of your packages?

    Yes. The company is open to everyone in any part of Nigeria You can visit www.citygatesfb.com and register for our online services.

  18. Can I have more than one account?

    Yes. You can register for as many packages as you wish

  19. Aside the registration fee and package payment, is there any other fee included?

    Yes. A service charge of N 1,500 is required for the Bumper Package at the point of delivery at end of every tenure. Please note that this service charge is liable to change every year.

  20. Is there any way I can check my payment balance, to know what I have paid and what I have left to pay?
